NICHE NOTE: In the video, I did not stress niches. For Milestone #1, you need to settle on 2 or 3 deep niches to focus on. For example, European Medical SaaS companies. Write several articles showing your expertise on current topics/events in that niche. When you get 3 of those articles curated on Medium, move to the next milestone or do the same for your other niches. You’re building a body of portfolio work in very specific areas. Later, you’ll target companies in those deep niches.
